We wish to ensure that everyone is completely satisfied with their purchases. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will be sure to make things right!
Will we still be selling clothes in person?
We will no longer be selling clothes in person at Caribou Lodge as we are moving our clothing sales online.
However, if you'd like please let us know what products you'd like to order atleast two weeks before your stay and we will have them waiting for you in your cabin!
When will I get my order?
This product is made especially for you when you place an order, which is why it takes us longer to deliver to you.
You may view the calculated shipping times during check-out to have a better idea of when to expect your delivery.
What is on-demand printing?
Our products are created using an on-demand printing service.
This means that products aren't printed until after the order has been confirmed.
This allows us to offer more colours, sizes and designs for you as we do not have to stock products beforehand.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
